  • Stephen Hardison

    Owner/Agent

    Stephen was born and raised in Northwest Oklahoma where he grew up working on a farm and ranch. His interest in Agriculture led him to pursue a degree in Agronomy from Oklahoma State University in which he graduated in 2000. During his time at Oklahoma State, Stephen interned for Crop Quest as a Crop Consultant, worked at the Oklahoma State Peanut Labratory, and worked a summer for Refco as a floor runner on the Chicago Board of Trade. Upon graduating he worked back on his farm and for an aerial applicator making chemical recommendations; as well as, directing and managing alfalfa operations. Later Stephen returned to school and recieved an MBA from University of Central Oklahoma. In 2004, Stephen joined AgriLogic, Inc and worked as a Research Analyst performing research, anaylsis, recommendations and writing for contracts with the USDA's Risk Management Agency (Federal Crop Insurance Corporation). Stephen has remained at AgriLogic for more than 10 years where he has become a crop insurance professional with over 10 years experience in the research and development of innovative risk management products and service, a strategic thinker and leader of many divisions with solid skill set in the areas of private product development, mapping, underwriting, claims, and quantitative analysis.

Crop Insurnace Price Analysis

We provide timely crop insurance price analysis. Best utilized to make smart decisions and potential for higher gurantees and/or revenues.

Pature, Rangeland, and Forage: Insure against lack of rainfall

Crop eligibility

  • Any pastureland, rangeland or forage crops produced for haying or grazing by livestock are eligable for PRF.
  • Acreage must be established with a perennial crop. Any initial plaanting of a forage corp must be completed by July 1 to be eligible for PRF coverage in teh following year

Land Eligibility

  • Land is insurabel under PRF if it is established hayland, grazingland, or pasture, or is planted to forage witht the intent to be harvested by haying or garazing.
  • Unlike most other crop insurance progarams, PRF does not reaquire that a producer obtain insurance for all acreage planted to a particular crop.

Obtaining Coverage

  • For 2015, Purchase by November 30, 2014.
  • Submit Acreage Report by November 30, 2014.
  • Premium Billing is October 30 of the following crop year.

PRF Indemnities

  • Producer does not have to submit documentation to make a claim.
  • Claim based on rainfall or satelite imagery.
  • Payments may come at differnt point throughout year.
